The fast-growing forklift solution provider Finnsiirto Oy, a portfolio company of Folmer Equity Fund II, has acquired Simeri Oy and Suomen Telakone Oy, thus creating a new operator with a significant role at national level with also a presence in the Baltics. Simeri Oy and Suomen Telakone Oy will continue to operate as independent subsidiaries. The estimated revenue of the new group for the current financial period is approximately EUR 60 million, and the group employs approximately 120 professionals.
