ProMart Oy, a platform company of Folmer Equity Fund II Ky, has completed acquisition of Kuopion Tekniikka Oy. The completed transaction expands geographical presence of ProMart Oy in the region of Savonia and further strengthens the group’s capabilities in the industry segment.
